The website www.getreadily.com (the "Website") and all associated online resources including but not limited to the Services offered through the Website shall be that owned by GET Readily, LLC ("Get Readily").

By accepting this Policy or by accessing the Website or by availing the Services, you hereby consent to the collection of certain User information by Get Readily for the pur-poses of registering Users as well as to create individual accounts for Users as well as for such other purposes necessary for the functioning of Get Readily.
5. Details regarding the Instructors qualifications, experience, licenses and other similar in-formation may also be collected by Get Readily and Instructors hereby consent to the same.
6. Get Readily further reserves the right to monitor, record and store any and all communi-cations transmitted between Users anywhere on the Website including but not limited to any messages, chats, emails, texts, voice messages and telephonic conversations.
7. Neither the Website nor the Services are intended for use by any minors. Get Readily does not intentionally collect any information pertaining to minors unless by accident or unless such minor has accessed the Website or availed the Services by representing him-self as having attained 18 years of age.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

  1. To create User Accounts including but not limited to any Instructor or Fitness Club pro-files;
  2. To verify the identity of the Users;
  3. To provide Get Readily's Services to the User;
  4. For the further development of the Website and the Services;
  5. Any contact information collected by Get Readily including but not limited to any phone number and E-mail ID shall be used for the purposes of sending Get Readily communications to the User. Such communication shall include but not be limited to new services, newsletters, and communications from other Users and any changes to the Website or the Services and Users hereby consent to receiving the above mentioned communication from Get Readily.
  6. Get Readily shall also use information present in any reviews and feedback to improve upon the Website and the Services as well as to develop new Services. By posting any reviews or feedback anywhere on the Website or the Services, Users hereby grant in fa-vor of Get Readily, a worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive right to use, copy, distrib-ute, modify, incorporate, adapt, make public, trade, sell or offer for sale any and all in-formation present in such reviews and feedback.

The information is displayed on the profiles are beneficial to you as well as to any User wishing to contact you for any reason including but not limited to re-cruiting you or for requesting you as a substitute Instructor.

1. Neither does Get Readily or any of its associates, service providers or agents sell, trade or divulge any information collected by the Users.
2. All disclosure of information by Get Readily shall be in accordance with this Policy or in compliance with any and all applicable laws.
3. Get Readily reserves the right to share certain User details with its directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, associates and service providers.
4. Get Readily shall as is reasonable attempt to notify the User of every instance of disclo-sure made by it. However, Get Readily shall not be under any obligation to notify Users of the same.

8. Get Readily also reserves the right to disclose User information to any entity it may ac-quire or merge with or to any person or entity that may acquire it.
SECURITY OF INFORMATION
1. The need for safe guarding and protecting information is now higher than ever and Get Readily understands the same. Get Readily adopts the highest standard of care and se-curity in ensuring the safety of all User information.

However, any measures adopted by Get Readily may not be completely ef-fective and Users hereby accept and agree that Get Readily shall not be liable for any loss, destruction theft, unauthorized use or unauthorized disclosure of any User infor-mation despite having taken necessary measures to safe guard the same.
3. Any User information stored physically shall also, as is reasonable, be safe guarded by Get Readily.
4. Get Readily shall not be liable for the safety and security of the User's account and the same shall be the responsibility of the concerned User.
5. Get Readily shall, in addition to any other information specifically mentioned herein, have no duty of confidentiality over any of the following information:

  2. Any information which Get Readily was aware of prior to this Policy;
  3. Any information disclosed due to no fault of Get Readily;

STORAGE AND MANAGEMENT OF INFORMATION
1. All of the information collected by Get Readily shall be stored on its servers located within the territory of the United States of America. Get Readily shall inform the User prior to storing any information outside the territory of the United States of America.
2. All User information may be managed by the respective User subject to the terms of this Policy.
3. Get Readily shall, as is reasonable, allow Users to manage their information stored with Get Readily.
4. Any User wishing to modify or manage their respective information may request the same by writing to [email protected].
5. All Users are requested to ensure that all of the information pertaining to such User stored by Get Readily is accurate and up to date.
6. In the event any User disables or deletes their respective account or in the event that Get Readily terminates such User Account, any and all information associated with such User shall be removed from Get Readily's servers within 30 days. Get Readily shall not be lia-ble for the destruction or loss of any data after the expiry of 30 days.
7. Get Readily reserves the right to refuse any User's request regarding the management of their information if the same may, in Get Readily's sole opinion, compromise the security of any other information stored on Get Readily's servers or if the cost associated with managing the information outweighs the need for the same.
8. Users may limit or manage what information is to be displayed on their respective pro-files and may request Get Readily to remove any other information, material or content from their profiles. However, removing certain information from the profile may affect such User's business and Get Readily shall not be responsible for the same.
USER OBLIGATIONS
1. All Users are required to comply with any and all applicable laws while accessing the Website or availing the Services.
2. Users are expressly prohibited from disclosing or making public any information pertain-ing to other Users or pertaining to the employees, service providers, agents, subsidiaries or representatives of Get Readily.
3. Neither shall Users breach, circumvent or attempt to breach or circumvent any of the se-curity measures maintained by Get Readily.
4. Users shall not access or attempt to access, either directly or indirectly, the accounts of any other User.

2. Get Readily shall not be liable for the content of any such links or advertisements.
3.
